OUR HUMBLE TERM AND POLICIES
- Our term & policies applied for all of our products.
- In terms of shipment we always provide tracking number and send it to you after shipment. Usually the tracking starts with RR (if you use Post Registered) and EE (if you use EMS). You can check track in you smartphone by downloading the app such as Aftership or http://posindonesia.co.id/
- Before we send out your package, we do rechecking the quality of the products.
- The guarantee of the products is 3 days after you have received the package which prooven from the tracking number.
- When you received the deffect product, send email to us (admin@rholupat.com) and describe the problems.
- Replacement made directly once you have sent the deffect product to us by providing the tracking number of the deffect product.
- Shipping cost to us is behalf of customer and the replacemnet shipping cost is ours.
- We dont resposible for any problems caused by your local post. We will help to track but when the package arrives in customer's country, it is not our responsible anymore because the tracking number is sent to customer.
- Customer address must be correct and fill all the information needed for secure shipment (detail address, postal code and phone number), we don't responsible any mistakes because of wrong/unclear address.
- When the package return back to us because the address is incomplete and unclear, it is not our responsibility. We will email you due to returned package and we can not refund it, if you want to send it you again pleas recheck you address or make sure that the there are people in the address given. All charges to send back the package is behalf of customer.
